This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit (the “Site”). The IP Policy describes guidelines and/or rules placed to govern the use and protection of AQI’s intellectual property (IP).


When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

Additionally we collect information from you when you submit a contact us form through the Site. We refer to this information as “Customer Information.”

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Customer Information.


We use the Customer Information to:

When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

Additionally the Site uses remarketing services to advertise on third party web sites to you after you visited our Site. We, and our third party vendors, use cookies to inform, optimize and serve ads based on your past visits to our Site.

Finally, we may also share your Customer Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful request for information we receive, or to protect our rights otherwise.


We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your Personal Information from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. We secure the Personal Information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. When sensitive Personal Information (such as a credit card number and/or geo-location data) is collected on our Site and/or transmitted to other websites, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.

Additionally, if you are a European resident, we are processing your information to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example, if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Also, please note that your information will be transferred outside Europe, including Canada and the United States.


When you submit your personal information and/or place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Customer Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

All product designs, artwork, images, trademarks, trade names, patents, copyrights, copyrightable subject matter, trade dress, and all other intellectual property contained herein (the “Aliquantum IP”) are owned exclusively by Aliquantum International Inc. The sharing of these designs with you, even if the designs have been prepared for you by Aliquantum International Inc. at your request, shall in no way constitute a license, assignment or transfer of ownership of any of the Aliquantum IP contained herein. Aliquantum International Inc.’s trademarks include, but are not limited to, ALIQUANTUM INTERNATIONAL®, ALIQUANTUM, AQI, AQI Logos, HONEYMARU, HONEYMARU Logos, JELLBEET®, JELLYBEET Logos, JB Logo, KITTYGURUMI, KITTYGURUMI Logo, and LIVE HAPPY SHOP KAWAII® some of which are registered in the U.S. By downloading, viewing, or otherwise accessing this material for any purpose, you hereby expressly agree to the foregoing and expressly agree that the Aliquantum IP is not subject to your terms and conditions or vendor manual.
