Position Summary
The Amazon Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of Aliquantum International’s Amazon business across all brands, including San-X, Monchhichi, and others. This role oversees the entire Amazon ecosystem; storefront operations, compliance, advertising, reporting, and marketplace expansion, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure growth, brand consistency, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Storefront Management
- Own and manage all brand storefronts (e.g., San-X, Monchhichi) on Amazon.
- Oversee item setup, listings optimization, catalog integrity, and A+ content.
- Compliance & Reporting
- Conduct ongoing compliance reviews and manage test reports.
- Monitor and maintain Amazon scorecard performance, ensuring full alignment with platform policies.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide insights to Sales leadership.
- Inventory & Fulfillment
- Coordinate FBA shipments and manage replenishment needs.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and inventory availability.
- Resolve account-level or ASIN-level issues related to fulfillment or logistics.
- Advertising & Promotions
- Strategically plan and execute all Amazon PPC campaigns.
- Analyze performance data to optimize ACOS and ROI.
- Collaborate with marketing on creative assets and promotional strategies.
- Marketplace Expansion
- Lead the expansion of Amazon operations into EU and other international markets.
- Develop processes for compliance, item setup, and advertising in new regions.
- Account Health & Issue Resolution
- Monitor and resolve all account issues, suspensions, or warnings.
- Manage case logs with Amazon support to prevent disruptions to sales.
- Growth & Optimization
- Drive sales growth through catalog expansion, promotional campaigns, and storefront optimization.
- Identify and implement strategies to reduce Amazon-related fees and increase margin.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Year-over-year sales growth on Amazon.
- Compliance scorecard performance.
- Advertising efficiency (ACOS, ROAS).
- Reduction of Amazon fees and chargebacks.
- On-time and accurate FBA replenishment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon compliance, advertising, and reporting tools.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement actionable strategies.
- Excellent collaboration skills across sales, marketing, and operations teams.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple storefronts simultaneously.
Preferred Experience
- Experience expanding Amazon operations into international marketplaces.
- Previous experience managing multiple brand accounts.
- Familiarity with consumer products, toys, or licensed brands a plus.
